Return and Refund Policy

1. General Conditions

Each artwork offered in the store is created or produced with particular care.
Due to the artistic nature of the products, returns and refunds are strictly regulated.
Returns and refunds are only accepted in cases of defects, non-conforming items, or manufacturing errors.

2. Damaged or Incorrect Products

Please inspect your order upon receipt.
In case of any issue, contact us within 48 hours.
We will make every effort to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

3. Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return:

  • The request must be made within 48 hours of receipt for a damaged product
  • Or within 14 days of receipt for any other non-conformity
  • The customer must provide visual evidence (photos and videos), the order number, and proof of purchase

A return or refund may only be granted in the following cases:

  • Artwork received damaged

  • Artwork received not in conformity with the order

No return will be accepted without prior approval.
After verification and approval, an appropriate solution will be offered (replacement or refund).

Please do not return any items without contacting us beforehand: returns made without prior authorization will not be accepted.

4. Non-Returnable Items

Due to the artistic nature of the products, returns are not accepted in the following cases:

  • Change of mind
  • Incorrect selection when placing the order
  • Personalized or made-to-order products
  • Gift cards
  • Discounted or sale items
  • Original artworks
  • Limited edition or numbered artworks

5. Return Procedure

To submit a request, please send the following information to contact@kynothan.com:

  • Order number and proof of purchase
  • Description of the issue
  • Visual evidence (photos and videos)

Once the request has been approved, return instructions will be provided.

6. Refunds

After receipt and inspection of the returned item:

  • The refund will be issued via the original payment method
  • Processing time is generally 5 to 10 business days

Shipping costs are non-refundable, except in cases of error on our part.
